UOW Engineering Competition Winners

Congratulations to our Engineering Studies students who have won major prizes in the state wide University of Wollongong STEM competition in Engineering. Students were required to submit a Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) project. These submissions came from schools all over the state. Our students submitted projects from a wide field of engineering such as: bio-medical; civil structures; and aeronautical engineering. 2017 Resource Allocation Model funding

In October 2016, all NSW public schools will receive a 2017 Planned School Budget Allocation Report. The report will assist with the management of the total budget delivered to schools through the Resource Allocation Model (RAM). The Resource Allocation Model (RAM) methodology distributes funding based on the individual needs of students and schools. This gives schools greater flexibility to make local decisions. Sutherland Region F1 in Schools Competition

Months of hard work and dedication culminated on Tuesday the 23 August, when Team Nangamay and Team Heavy DUTY from year 10 Engineering represented Caringbah High School at the Sutherland Region F1 in Schools competition. The day began early at Engadine Community Centre, with both teams being given approximately an hour to kit out their pit displays with cars, spare parts, portfolios, posters, streamers and balloons. New Sentral Parent Portal site

Our new Parent Portal is now available for use. Parents will need to follow the portal registration process. A registration email has been sent to family contact email accounts. Registered parents and caregivers can access student-specific timetables and attendance data by logging in to our school's Sentral Student & Parent Portal site. The Parent / Teacher interview booking system is also accessed through this portal.
